The Farmer's Bank is seeking a Universal Banker to provide comprehensive banking services to consumer and commercial clients. You will blend teller responsibilities with relationship-based sales, delivering a high-quality customer experience across channels.

In this frontline role, you will engage customers in financial conversations, identify needs, and recommend suitable bank products while ensuring accurate transactions and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in banking, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Experience working with both consumer and small business clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to consumer and commercial clients in person and via phone.
• Build and deepen customer relationships by understanding financial needs and goals.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and provide tailored banking solutions.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalates complex concerns as appropriate.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Support branch operations including opening/closing duties and dual control procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve financial center goals.
• Contribute to a positive, customer-focused team environment.
• Maintain integrity and attention to detail.
