Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through their needs.
• Assist with account servicing, opening new accounts, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product solutions.
• Support branch operations, cash handling, and adherence to policies and procedures.
