Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Strong communication with clients and team members.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Attention to detail in cash handling and banking procedures.
• Ability to engage and educate customers about technology solutions.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them as they enter the branch.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and account openings while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations such as handling cash devices while adhering to policies.
