Iowa State Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers with daily banking needs and deliver exceptional service. You will assist with transactions, answer questions, and identify opportunities to connect customers with banking solutions.

In this role, you will contribute to our relationship-banking approach by partnering with team members to ensure customers get the most from their banking experience. The position supports bank objectives and community service.

Qualifications

• Handle customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing and related tasks.
• Accurately balance drawers and cash and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Answer questions, resolve concerns and refer customers to banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day banking needs and provide excellent service.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and support a relationship-banking approach.
• Support drive-up teller duties and participate in occasional late-night rotation.
