Qualifications

• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience.

• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to attend training and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, professional customer experience and serve as lobby contact.
• Identify customer needs and educate on banking products and services.
• Process transactions, open/close accounts, and educate on features.
• Assist customers with issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Manage customer flow and coordinate appointments.
