Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a customer-focused teller/agent to deliver timely client transactions and maintain accurate records. The role emphasizes outbound calling, IRM engagement, and supporting sales while providing excellent service at the branch.

The position requires basic computer and branch software proficiency, weekend/extended hours may be needed, and adherence to risk controls and policies. English language fluency is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient with PC keyboard and branch software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and conduct transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound calls and identify client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge for consumer/business clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
