Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to travel to all bank locations.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional, courteous service to all customers.
• Make referrals benefiting our customers to our business partners.
• Assist customers with opening accounts and servicing account needs.
• Explain the range of deposit products and services and related options.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee branch operations and supervise staff when required.
• Attend meetings and training; participate in branch committees as assigned.
