Job summary

You will educate clients on digital banking tools and support sales through outbound calls and referrals to branch specialists.

The role emphasizes IRM delivery, participation in leadership routines, and ongoing product knowledge training to better serve consumer and business clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactions, while ensuring accuracy and proper handling of monies.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound outreach, offering applicable products or referring to branch staff.
• Understand and deliver Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) solutions for clients.
• Participate in leadership routines and training to advance product knowledge.
