Qualifications

• Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years in teller, cash handling, or client service.
• At least six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and processing complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Assist with outbound client outreach and identify needs.
• Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Maintain internal controls and comply with policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
