Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York hires a Relationship Banker to welcome clients, build meaningful relationships, and provide tailored financial solutions using Chase’s digital tools. You will represent the brand with hospitality, operate within risk and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with branch specialists to meet client needs.

You will meet with clients in person and by phone, educate them on Chase Mobile App and online banking, and stay current on products, services, and procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses required; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to tailor product/service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients to use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
