Job summary

Truist Wealth is hiring for a Regular, full-time teller/customer service role in the United States (Florida). You will complete client transactions accurately, maintain records, and deliver superior service while identifying client financial needs.

Responsibilities include educating clients on digital banking options, supporting sales outreach, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies. Travel may be required for staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank leadership routines and training.
• Advise on applicable products and services to clients and prospects.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
