Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Meet with clients in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate and connect clients to Chase technology (Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
