Job summary

Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
Ability to create memorable client experiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
Ability to work within risk parameters and complete required training.
High school diploma or GED.
Licensing: SIE, Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; unlicensed hires must obtain licenses within 180 days.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build relationships and tailor product recommendations.
Communicate clearly to understand clients' needs and build trust.
Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
