• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, and state registrations; Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and coordinate with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
