Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of First Bank of Wyoming experience preferred.
• Two years banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and develop relationships to increase loyalty.
• Cross-sell products and services to expand customer relationships.
• Inform customers about self-service digital options and demonstrate them.
• Assist with opening/closing accounts and handling wire transfers when needed.
• Maintain documentation for new accounts and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with inquiries and resolve issues, escalating as necessary.
• Support branch management to achieve sales and service goals.
• Maintain customer privacy and adhere to security protocols.
