Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE, Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses needed or to be obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Proactively manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone, build relationships, and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients and team of experts.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for convenient banking.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to advise on banking solutions and refer to specialists when needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
