Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a branch to represent our brand with hospitality, helping clients achieve financial goals through personalized solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain relationships, using your financial knowledge to guide clients to appropriate products and services.

In this role you will work closely with a team of experts, learn Chase policies, and meet regulatory obligations while delivering exceptional service, including weekend hours as needed.

Formación

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition.
• Ability to elevate the client experience and tailor solutions to needs.
• Excellent communication to engage clients in person and by phone.
• Adherence to risk, compliance, and training requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and present solutions.
• Educate clients on Chase technology like Chase Mobile App and online banking.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
