Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and leverage cutting-edge financial technology. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships by applying financial knowledge to solve their needs and enhance their lives.

Responsibilities include proactive client meetings, delivering tailored product solutions, and guiding clients through Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs while ensuring compliance and excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.
• Work hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
