Qualifications

• Ability to work within risk and compliance policies and complete required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust and addressing needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to assist with banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to our experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
