Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Relationship Banking Representative to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering a consistent, customer-centric banking experience across teller and desk duties in our branches.

You will listen to customer needs, educate them on products and digital tools, open and manage accounts, handle routine inquiries, and coordinate with partners to resolve issues while adhering to bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in person and at the service desk.
• Listen to customer needs and guide them to appropriate banking solutions.
• Open and manage accounts, process routine transactions, and answer inquiries accurately.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues and ensure timely service.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
