Responsibilities

• Provide a superior service experience to bank guests and meet transactions efficiently.
• Develop, maintain and grow relationships that are profitable to the bank while managing risk.
• Perform teller functions including deposits, withdrawals, payments and negotiable items; maintain cash drawer.
• Remain risk-aware and report suspicious transactions; assist in servicing branch hardware (ATM/TCR).
• Anticipate client needs and advise on solutions that benefit them; assist in opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on bank products and processes meeting client and community needs.
• Collaborate with Retail Banking Supervisor/Branch Manager to align daily work with goals; build relationships across teams.
• Monitor deposit and credit portfolios for quality and risk; follow loan policy requirements.
