• Develop and grow client relationships while recognizing opportunities and offering solutions.
• Perform general teller functions: deposits, withdrawals, payments; balance cash drawer daily.
• Anticipate client needs and advise on beneficial solutions; assist opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on bank products and processes to meet client and community needs.
• Coordinate with Retail Banking Supervisor/Manager to align daily work with goals.
• Monitor deposits/credit portfolios and report any suspicious activity per policy.
• Adhere to policies, complete compliance training, and attend required meetings.
