Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service handling customer banking matters.
• Identify customers per bank policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance procedures.
• Handle cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
• Assist with debit card and account maintenance changes.
• Deepen customer relationships through needs-based selling.
• Open and manage consumer and business accounts.
• Resolve issues related to retail banking products.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and systems.
