Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.
• Must meet risk and regulatory obligations including required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Meet with clients in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and address financial needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and coordinate with specialists.
• Perform branch operations and cash-handling duties in line with bank policies.
