Qualifications

• Six months of retail banking or cash-handling experience required.
• Ability to learn banking systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and official checks per procedures.
• Maintain and service consumer deposit accounts and explain features and digital banking options.
• Open and close the Community Banking Office as assigned, with proper security and cash controls.
• Identify customer needs and refer ENB products and services to customers and business partners.
• Document customer interactions accurately and balance cash daily.
• Adhere to all Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
