Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least six months of retail banking, financial services, cash-handling, or comparable customer-service experience required.
• Demonstrated integrity and ability to safeguard confidential information.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills; ability to identify needs and make referrals.
• Effective listening, verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to learn banking systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Process routine and complex branch transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments) per procedures.
• Maintain and service consumer deposit accounts; explain features, digital banking options, disclosures, and fees.
• Open and close the Community Banking Office as assigned, following security and cash-control procedures.
• Issue replacement debit cards and assist with debit card and digital banking needs.
• Balance cash, manage negotiable instruments, and document customer interactions accurately.
• Identify customer needs and refer to ENB products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of ENB products, campaigns, and financial offerings.
• Research and resolve customer questions within authority, escalate when needed.
