Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities and performing account transactions.
• Promotes Bank's products and services to meet individual and team sales goals.
• Initiates outbound calls focused on customer onboarding and cross-selling to Retail customers.
• Supports Banking Center Manager in outside sales activities and community involvement.
• Maintains daily operations including customer service, opening/closing procedures, and compliance.
