Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation seeks a Relationship Banker within the Retail unit to deliver customer service, handle basic banking transactions, and promote bank products.

The candidate will execute branch leads under supervision, support lending activities, and drive referrals while adhering to company policies and risk controls. The role may require working at multiple market locations and maintaining data quality for customers and accounts.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 0 years of job-related experience is acceptable.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but not required; may be required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through greeting customers, identifying customer service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling.
• Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services.
• Identifies and achieves individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporates FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB branch technology.
• Complete and manage lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
• Perform routine teller and operational duties.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
• Act as risk managers by understanding, reporting, and managing daily risk as required by F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
• Comply with regulatory laws and company procedures.
