F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to support the Retail unit in Owings Mills, MD. The role focuses on executing traditional consumer banking tasks, handling branch leads, and delivering quality service while promoting bank products.

The incumbent will work at multiple market locations as assigned, adhere to policies and core values, and drive sales goals through effective customer interactions and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process by leveraging leads and greeting customers to identify needs.
• Recommend cross-selling of bank products and services.
• Identify and achieve weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Manage lifecycle of all new and existing relationships per consumer bank standards.
• Assist with daily sales activity and pre-shift sales huddles; monitor results.
• Perform teller and other operational duties per policies.
• Adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
