Santander is seeking a Sales and Service Banker to advise customers on banking, lending, and investment products while delivering exceptional service.

You will build long-lasting relationships, assist with teller transactions, educate customers on digital tools, and collaborate with teammates to reach branch goals. A strong emphasis on risk awareness and accuracy guides daily activities.

Qualifications

• 12+ months experience selling products and/or services.
• 6+ months experience in retail banking sales or financial services sales.
• 6+ months Santander experience related to the role responsibilities.
• 6+ months customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
