Job summary

Truist is seeking a client-focused professional to join our Retail Community Bank team in the United States. You will foster and expand client relationships, offering financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals to internal specialists.

The role includes potential teller duties and requires excellent communication, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and flexibility for weekend hours and occasional travel. Training and branch collaboration are key parts of the position.

Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment and related regulatory requirements
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone
• Develop and expand client relationships with consultative conversations
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for solutions
• Assist with teller duties as needed
• Attend sales, service, and product knowledge meetings
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
• Engage clients with courteous conversations and uncover needs
