This role focuses on retention and expansion, cross-selling CNB products, and delivering tailored banking solutions while adhering to regulatory standards and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience.
• Minimum 4 years of branch banking experience.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Must be registered/licensed under Safe Act or eligible for registration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for existing clients' day-to-day needs while maintaining credit quality.
• Identify growth opportunities and cross-sell CNB products.
• Analyze client needs to expand relationships and route to appropriate bank areas.
• Keep up with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional client service.
• Support portfolio profitability while managing risk.
• Handle client inquiries related to accounts, loans, wires, and deposits.
• Maintain knowledge of CNB products and utilization.
