Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Lead and collaborate with ecosystem partners to drive results and proactive lead generation.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch with COI and partners.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience through tailored solutions and onboarding.
• Manage client referrals and maximize business results using tools and protocols.
• Create referrals through lobby engagement and educate clients on options leveraging technology.
• Ensure risk controls and adherence to policies; participate in branch operations.
