Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Texas seeks a Relationship Banker to deliver welcoming service, build enduring client relationships, and tailor banking solutions to meet financial needs.

You will guide clients on Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATM self-service options, while coordinating with specialists to address complex requirements and ensure compliance with banking regulations. Your role emphasizes hospitality and trusted advisory service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients - elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet training requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses are required within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite consultative communication to understand client needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
