Formación

• 1+ year of sales or client-facing experience in banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Understanding of banking policies and regulatory requirements.
