• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic banking software.

Responsibilities

• Delivers everyday banking and basic consumer account opening/maintenance.
• Acts as hospitality ambassador for the financial center with a high-touch client experience.
• Proactively educates clients on banking products, services and digital capabilities.
• Identifies client needs and initiates referrals to specialists to meet financial goals.
• Completes required training and ensures adherence to risk and regulatory standards.
