Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients; manage client flow in-person and over the phone.
• Deliver everyday banking and opening/maintenance of basic consumer accounts.
• Educate clients on products and services; refer to specialists as needed.
• Process transactions accurately within policy and risk guidelines.
• Support a high-touch, hospitality-focused client experience.
