Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Notary License preferred.

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow and referrals.
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center and delivers consistent client experiences.
• Creates personalized interactions to build trust and deepen ongoing relationships.
