Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the overall client experience by managing client flow in-person and by phone, handling inquiries and referrals.
• Serve as hospitality ambassador, delivering relation-based client experiences per TD's service strategy.
• Create personalized interactions that build trust and reinforce ongoing relationships.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital tools to enhance convenience and financial well-being.
• Schedule appointments for consumer account needs and deepen opportunities with clients.
• Balance client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness for compliant outcomes.
• Advocate for clients with empathy and a long-term perspective.
