Job summary

TD Bank in Aston, Pennsylvania is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support everyday banking, establish trust with clients, and help them understand available products with accuracy and care.

As the hospitality ambassador of the financial center, you will manage client flow, answer questions, perform transactions, open basic consumer accounts, and connect clients with specialists to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Notary License preferred

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone), serving as the first point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals to appropriate partners
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences aligned to TD’s service strategy
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions that build trust from initial engagement and strengthen ongoing relationships
• Proactively educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience, save time, and support financial well-being, while connecting them to specialists as needed to achieve long-term goals
• Engages clients through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs and deepening opportunities
• Balances client needs with sound judgment, policy adherence, and risk awareness to ensure compliant and responsible outcomes
• Advocates for clients by demonstrating empathy, integrity, and a long-term perspective in all interactions
