Job summary

TD is seeking a client-focused team member in Aston, PA to serve as the hospitality ambassador at the financial center. You will guide client flow, perform everyday banking transactions with accuracy, and identify opportunities to deepen relationships while ensuring risk and regulatory standards are met.

You will educate clients on products and digital tools, refer to specialists as needed, and maintain high service levels during varied hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients or related activities.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Must complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to schedule and prioritize work independently.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients as hospitality ambassador, guiding traffic and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Deliver accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepen relationships by identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve solutions, using insights to recommend solutions.
• Perform a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
• Identify and escalate non-standard issues per policy and procedure.
