Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and referrals to appropriate partners.
• Acts as a hospitality ambassador delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and well-being.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Responds to inquiries and resolves issues, escalating when needed.
