Qualifications

• Strong organization, concise communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and serving as the first point of contact.
• Acts as a hospitality ambassador delivering relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions to build trust and deepen relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities and connects them to specialists.
• Schedules appointments for consumer accounts and opportunities for referrals.
• Ensures compliant outcomes by adhering to policy and risk guidelines.
