Responsibilities

• Process routine transactions and related account servicing with high accuracy.
• Maintain records, prepare forms & reports, and balance daily vaults.
• Engage in referral and relationship management to meet goals.
• Support new deposit account opening as required.
• Identify customer opportunities through consultative conversations and refer to partners as needed.
• Conduct sales/service calls to meet customer needs and generate leads.
