Formación

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with attentiveness and care.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools such as Chase Mobile App and ATM usage.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch team to meet financial goals.
