Qualifications

• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as the first point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals to appropriate partners.
• Delivers hospitality, relationship-driven client experiences aligned to TD’s service strategy.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and well-being.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach and scheduling appointments for consumer account needs.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Advocates for clients with empathy, integrity, and a long-term perspective.
