Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of retail experience with customers and sales.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Strong product knowledge and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Ask personalized questions to convert transactions into cross-sell conversations and deepen client relationships.
• Create sales opportunities by calling leads and visiting businesses to offer workplace banking.
• Achieve daily KPIs while balancing competing priorities.
• Learn processes like cash handling and bank documentation per industry standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
