Job summary

You'll convert routine service requests into sales opportunities, manage transactions, and perform banking procedures with accuracy and integrity, including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a retail environment engaging with customers and making product recommendations that lead to sales or relevant experience.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ask personalized questions to convert transactions and service requests into cross-sell conversations.
• Create sales opportunities by calling leads, visiting businesses, and developing referral networks.
• Achieve daily KPIs while balancing competing priorities.
• Learn banking processes, cash handling, and account documentation in accordance with industry standards.
