You will educate customers on digital tools, open and manage accounts, and coordinate with partners to resolve issues while adhering to policies and security standards. Travel may be required for training and branch support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service and/or banking experience.
• Ability to attend training trips; company covers travel.
• Reliable transportation.
