Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand with hospitality, using Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to assist clients.

The role focuses on acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships while addressing financial needs and ensuring regulatory compliance. The candidate will work in a Chase Branch, engaging clients in person and over the phone, and will collaborate with specialists to offer tailored financial solutions.

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• SIE and FINRA licenses required; unlicensed candidates must obtain within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
